One inbox. A person answers it.
There is no ticket system and no queue. Mail goes to a person who can actually change things. Two kinds of mail arrive here: pick the block that is you.
Questions about your account
Setup, matching, proof quality, pacing, billing, or you want to tell us a finding started a good conversation. All of it goes to the same place.
Include your account email and, if it is about a specific send, the company it went to. Screenshots of weird behaviour are welcome and usually shorten the exchange by two rounds.
support@mail.proofdrop.netYou want out
Every email Proofdrop sends has a working unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click, no login, no confirmation page that asks why. That is the fastest path and it is permanent.
If the link is broken, or you want your address suppressed across every account on the platform, not just the sender who reached you, mail us with the subject STOP from the address in question. Global suppression applies within the hour, and we confirm it in writing.
STOP, suppress me everywhereSpam complaints suppress your address globally by policy, whether or not you ask. See the sending policy.
What not to expect
- No sales calls. There is nothing to book. The homepage is the pitch; the pricing section is the price.
- No list brokering. Mail asking us to sell, rent or “enrich” recipient data gets one reply: no. See the sending policy.
- No support by phone. The inbox is the channel. It keeps a written record, which is better for both sides.
